Dubai Chocolate Bar

Here’s a step-by-step recipe for making a homemade Dubai-style chocolate bar with rich flavors and a luxurious texture:

Ingredients

•2 cups (200g) milk chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped

•1/2 cup (120ml) condensed milk

•1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter

•1 teaspoon vanilla extract

•1/2 cup (50g) crushed nuts (e.g., pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)

•1/4 cup (30g) dried fruits (e.g., dates, raisins, or apricots)

•Optional: Edible gold leaf or glitter for decoration

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Molds

•Line a rectangular or silicone mold with parchment paper, or lightly grease it.

•If you want a decorative touch, sprinkle crushed nuts or edible glitter at the bottom of the mold.

2. Melt the Chocolate

•Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

•Melt the chocolate using a double boiler (place the bowl over a pot of simmering water) or in the microwave (in 30-second intervals, stirring in between) until smooth and glossy.

3. Add Condensed Milk and Butter

•Stir in the condensed milk and butter into the melted chocolate.

•Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

4. Add Vanilla and Mix-Ins

•Stir in the vanilla extract for flavor.

•Fold in the crushed nuts and dried fruits for texture and added taste.

5. Pour into the Mold

•Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared mold.

•Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and ensure an even layer.

6. Chill the Chocolate

•Place the mold in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until the chocolate bar is completely set and firm.

7. Cut and Decorate

•Once set, remove the chocolate bar from the mold.

•Cut into desired shapes or sizes. Decorate with edible gold leaf or glitter if desired.

Tips

•For a Middle Eastern touch, use dates and pistachios as the main add-ins.

•Store the chocolate bar in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 1–2 weeks.

Enjoy your luxurious homemade Dubai chocolate bar! Perfect for gifting or indulging.
