Natural anti-inflammatory recipes for joint pain

Rosemary is an aromatic plant that is used in all kinds of home remedies.

It is great for reducing all kinds of joint pain.

Ingredients :

200 grams of rosemary.
2 glasses of water (400 ml).
Method :

Ginger⏬

You just have to make an infusion. When the water is boiling, add the sprigs of rosemary so that the properties are distilled for 20 minutes.
After that time, let it rest.
You can drink two cups a day.

This spice, originally from Asia and which provides an attractive color to our meals, is fabulous for treating joint pain.

Ingredients :

A tablespoon of turmeric (20 grams).
3 cups of water (750 ml).
3 tablespoons of honey (60 grams).
Method :

We will start by heating the water. When you see that it has started to boil, add the tablespoon of turmeric.
You will see that, immediately, the water acquires a very attractive yellowish color.
Let it keep boiling for 10 minutes and then let it rest.
The next step? Strain the content and add the three tablespoons of honey. We can drink regularly throughout the day to treat inflammation and joint pain. Very easy!
