Joy Reid got an unwelcome escort into the office on Wednesday morning by a conservative reporter who mercilessly trolled the liberal MSNBC host.

Sporting her laptop and blond combover haircut, Reid at first gave Real America’s Voice reporter
Ben Bergquam a moment of her time as he saddled up alongside her in a crosswalk, holding his camera for a self-style video that Joy quickly realized she wanted no part of.

“Joy just wondering, do you think people with Trump Derangement Syndrome know they have it?” Bergquam asked, prompting Reid to fire back. “You’re an idiot!” she said wryly, but Bergquam was undeterred. “Second question: did you steal Trump’s haircut?”

“You’re a f****** idiot,” Reid said again as she rounded a corner. Bergquam let her move on, but not before asking if her haircut qualified as “cultural appropriation” of the former president.
